OPW offers unique opportunities for both current college students, as well as recent college graduates.
Co-Op Program
If you are currently enrolled in college, OPW offers a Cooperative Education Program (Co-Op). OPW Co-Ops gain valuable hands-on experience in a variety of disciplines. Co-Ops are assigned to various areas to help define their professional interests, while demonstrating technical ability and leadership skills. Participants who've demonstrated the requisite skills to contribute to the organization's success will be considered for available openings matching their background and interests.
Eligible candidates must be actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at a university that offers co-op programs.

OPW's Leadership Development Program (LDP) is structured to provide recent college graduates an opportunity to jumpstart their careers. Program participants have the ability to pick from two LDP paths.
- Manufacturing, Operations and Engineering Track
- Commercial Leadership Track.
Both Leadership Development Program tracks last 24 months and consist of three core components: Development and Ops Immersions, Rotation & Project I and Rotation and Project II. While in the program, participants will complete a leadership skills development course; an OPW Fundamentals course that covers product and industry knowledge and financial fundamentals; and project management training. Once participants graduate from the program, they will interview for permanent operational or commercial roles across OPW.
OPW recruits for the Leadership Development Program each Fall at select universities. Look for us on campus, or search for Leadership Development program openings here, or on Handshake.
