OPW CNG Hose Sets & Hose Assemblies

OPW CNG (compressed natural gas) Hose Assemblies are designed for dispensing compressed natural gas at working pressures up to 345 bar.

Constructed of high-strength conductive polymer core tubing to dissipate static charge, all OPW hose assemblies conform to ANSI/CVA N6V4.2, and hose assemblies are pressure tested

Service pressure: 5,000 psi (345 bar)

Temperature range: –40°F to 185°F (–40°C to 85°C)

Standard Duty — 3/8" Fill / 1/4" Vent Fill hose end fittings (both ends): 3/4" – 16 female, 37° JIC swivel. Vent hose end fittings: 7/16"; –20 female, 37° JIC swivel
Heavy Duty — 1/2" Fill / 1/4" Vent Fill hose end fittings (both ends): 7/8" – 14 female, 37° JIC swivel. Vent hose end fittings: 7/16" –20 female, 37° JIC swivel

Materials

Fittings: plated steel or 316 stainless steel
Hose: electrically conductive polymer reinforced synthetic fibre braid

Features

Quality Construction – high-strength, reinforced synthetic fibre braid, electrically conductive polymer core tubing dissipates static electrical buildup while protecting the hose from wear and tear with an abrasion-resistant polymer cover.
Multiple Fitting Configurations Available – 316 stainless and carbon steel, JIC 37° Flare and Universal Tube Stub.
Quality Tested – all hose assemblies are proof tested and electrically tested. Each CNG kit includes a warning tag and spring stress reliefs.
